This cabin was built in the early 1980's and sits on the highest part of the Island with views of Skilak Lake to the east and south. There is direct access to the cabin from the lake which is about 450 feet. Skilak Lake is a great fishing lake with salmon runs of all species, excellent lake trout, rainbow and Dolly Varden fishing. The Kenai River is accessible at each end of the lake.
